LamarX is the world's first evidence-driven shipment selling and settlement platform engineered for cross-border agri-trade, fresh produce corridors (e.g. India ➔ UAE), and international exporters. A. Personal & Business Profile Data
When you register an exporter or trader account, we collect your full name, official business email address, verified mobile phone number, legal enterprise name, Importer-Exporter Code (IEC), GST/VAT registration, and physical business location.
B. Shipment & Commercial Evidence Records
To eliminate disputes and establish tamper-proof digital proof, the app collects user-uploaded shipping documentation: Container numbers, shipping line booking records, bills of lading, packing lists, produce quality photographs at packhouse/loading, transit temperature logs, market arrival inspection photos, and weight slips.
C. Technical & Diagnostic Information
When accessing the app on Android devices, we automatically log hardware model, operating system version, app version, unique device identifiers, network connection type, IP address, and anonymized crash logs to ensure stability and prevent fraud.
3 Mobile Device Permissions (Google Play Disclosure)
In compliance with Google Play Store guidelines, we transparently disclose why our Android application requests specific runtime permissions:
Required to allow users to take real-time, time-stamped photos of produce quality, container seals, and physical paper documents at farms, packhouses, ports, and market terminals.
Required to let users select and upload PDF bills of lading, phytosanitary certificates, invoices, and packing manifests directly from device storage.

8 Data Retention Policy
We retain your information as long as your account remains active. For active commercial contracts and shipments, evidence trails are maintained during the trade cycle and for the statutory period required under cross-border maritime and commercial trade law to resolve any subsequent claims or tax reconciliations.
9 Children's Privacy
LamarX is a specialized business-to-business (B2B) trade facilitation software intended exclusively for commercial entities and individuals aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that any minor has provided information, we immediately delete it.
